This is a customizable 8 week training template that I have personally used. The Upper-Lower Split is a 4 day per week, high frequency, high intensity split. High frequency splits have been proven to be a tried and true method of gaining maximum amounts of muscle. This template includes workouts I personally have used, and a drop down menu to choose from recommended exercises for particular body parts based off of your preferences. Set, rep range, and sequencing recommendations are included. This template is designed to be an outline for a lifter who prefers a streamlined, plug and play program. This program can be re-run for however long you see fit, and adjusted as needed.
